Meet the Business Owner
Chef J.R. R.
Business Owner
Formally trained at the California Culinary Academy, Chef J.R.‘s unique style of culinary expertise has really been developed from shuttling between San Francisco, Manila, Bangkok and New York. mastering not only his specialties but globally influencing them as well.
Until very recently, Chef J.R. has formerly graced the kitchens of Masa’s and Sutra Lounge in downtown San Francisco, Shopwise Magazines food section and some of the private residences of Makati, San Francisco and Manhattan’s most particular inhabitants.
His biggest influence, without a moments hesitation, is still his mom.
He now lives and cooks in New York fulltime.
