We offer high quality name brand linens (including Lenox, Mohawk, Crossill among others) at prices that are hard to beat. With 20 years of experience we are dedicated to help you make the right choices when dressing up your home… the first time around. And as your home evolves over time we hope to be there to help guide you through the changes.

Since its inception, Home Comforts Bed and Bath has always been committed to offering customers quality products at low prices. It is the local destination for all things home goods and décor in Astoria, Queens.

Meet the Business Owner

Athena T.

Business Owner

Athena was born on a small idyllic Greek island in the eastern Aegean called Samos. The birthplace of the Goddess Hera, the philosopher Pythagoras and the producer of the world famous sweet muscat wine. Despite the austerity of those times her mom maintained a clean and respectable home based on the traditional home making standards passed down through the generations. After getting married and moving to NYC in 1970 she, along with her husband Thal, raised 3 children and kept her home according to those same old world standards. Since the mid-70’s Thal and Athens they have had a successful 45 career as retail entrepreneurs in Astoria. They founded Homecomforts in the mid 90’s to share their passion and experience of the domestic arts with the people of Astoria and via internet throughout the North America.
