Established in 2015.

My whole goal in life was to start my own business and help as many people as I possibly could. I was surrounded by the most amazing people, and cannot thank my friends, family and patients enough for all the support they have given me. Acupuncture and Massage Therapy are two alternative medicines that should be the first step in helping with a problem, and I bring them to you here in Astoria, Queens.

I graduated from the Swedish Institute with a degree in Massage Therapy and Certificate in Personal Training in 2010. After working for a year at a gym in Queens working with some of the best Personal Trainers in New York and focusing on deep tissue massage and sports injury therapy, I went back to school and got my Masters Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine in 2015.
