Dunkin’ Donuts

They were all to busy talking about their issues. Ordered hash browns and got six small not so hot measly pieces of hash browns. Really???
What a waste of my money. McDonald’s has far better hash browns. Far far better.
Why is it that mass produced food places like these are pricier than small mom and pop delis and breakfast places?

Not much to speak of. The coffee appears watered down or the grounds are re-​used. The food is often soggy. The staff is impolite. Many other places to go for better coffee and food.

This place is FILTHY. I saw several MICE behind the counter running around. The cashiers do not LISTEN TO YOU and they always MESS UP your order. The employees are so HASTY and RUDE, and also love to SHORT CHANGE YOU. They are LIARS. The prices are also higher than usual. The food they serve is under cooked, I was afraid I would get food poisoning when I was eating my egg sandwich. DO NOT COME HERE. This is the WORST Dunkin’ Donuts EVER!!!
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, SAVE YOUR MONEY, AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR SERVICE TO THESE UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE.

Visiting any other Dunkin’ has proved to me that this specific location HAS GOT to step it up. The donuts here are downright horrible. Not to mention the low inventory and lack of variety. The iced tea, on many occasions has come out tasting like burnt soap. My advice is to keep and eye on your order as it’s being made to insure you get what you need. Know what you want and need before you step to the front. Even if they are not understanding you as fast as you would like, there is NO NEED to scream or be ignorant towards them. They may be trying their best, but there are several other locations who give this Dunkin’s product turnout a bad name in comparison. This review is being written in the hopes that they will raise the bar food wise.

I do see a few bad reviews for this place, but I highly disagree. This is probably the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Been here several times and the employees are always nice to deal with. They are fast, considerate and smile all the time. Well, at least they do with me. Perhaps the reason why some people don’t like the service is because they ask for too much. All I can say is that if you are nice to them, they will be nice back to you. Anyway, the selection of donuts is, well, Dunkin Donuts style. The food is good and so is the coffee.

Out of all the dunkin donuts ive been to in astoria/​LIC this is the only one that has never let me down. Ever had that experience where you order something and receive something else? Yeah of course you have! This is the only one where I’ve never had this experience occur. Apparently they understand english here or maybe they just actually care about doing their job right. Whatever it may be, Im a return customer.

It’s d n d. What more can you say. This staff is friendly but i noticed most d .n.d. staff are friendly. Place is clean and we’ll managed. Sometimes they run out of the good donuts and coffee early so get them while you can.

Employees are always friendly. I have been coming to this location for a while now and it’s nice that they know how I like my iced coffee. This location has a Baskin Robbins as it says on the receipt. Keeping that in mind they get 1 star less because I was almost denied a coupon, by a shift supervisor because they supposedly weren’t a mix of Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts. Lastly because they may remember how you like your drink, but mess up so badly when you add 3 more drinks to your regular order. You don’t even end up with the drink they are used to making. It’s happened several times…

Terrible service at this Dunkin’ Donuts. I walked in and went right up to the counter, as there was no line. There were three women standing behind the counter chatting, and didn’t seem to want to be bothered as I tried to greet them and place my order. They were inattentive and unfriendly even as they took my order. They made me feel like an unwelcome nuisance. Thankfully the service was quick, so I was able to get out of there quickly so they could get back to their ever-​important conversation.
Will not be back any time soon. I’ll stick with the Starbucks on Broadway, where the service is exponentially better, even when they’re having an off day.

Came here with the boy to purchase a box o’ Joe, a few muffins and breakfast sandwiches.
He got a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and I got a turkey sausage, egg white sandwich on an English Muffin.
Twas’ good (especially with us being sorta hungover).
This is a nice, clean Dunkin’ Donuts location and the staff here was friendly and efficient.

Quick service and a nice staff. I ordered a breakfast meal and some donuts. I asked for 3 particular donuts, I was given the wrong favor of one donut but that was okay because I discovered a new donut flavor that I like.

This is a convenient location to my boyfriend’s apartment and especially useful when I am hung over or feeling a bit off in the am. Not all of the people behind the counter speak English so it is hard to convey an order if you want anything modified. Service is fast, they have seating and donuts are really among my favorite foods. The prices are right and the coffee is appropriately strong.
