Daniela was one of the nicest and most thorough real estate agents I have every worked with. If you want to find a great apartment, in a good building, in a great location, it is a MUST that you go to Realty Executives and work with Daniela and Carmela. I have tried the Craigslist route, but you never get what you see and you don’t have people who understand the business on your side.
My boyfriend and I had fairly specific criteria of what we wanted, and within a few hours Daniela had lined up four or five apartments for us to see. She made sure everything we saw was in our budget and met our criteria. Since we are both teachers and couldn’t look at apartments until the evenings or weekends, Daniela made sure to get access to the apartments at all hours and was ready to work with us at whatever time worked for us. This was true even if it meant 8 at night on a weekday or 9 in the morning on a weekend. Throughout the process Daniela stayed in constant contact with us. I told her it was hard to talk on the phone during the work day, so she happily texted or e-​mailed me with any important updates.
When we found one we liked but needed some time to think about it, Daniela made sure we had additional access to give the place more consideration. She negotiated with the landlords and got our names on top of their list. I was really happy with her attention to detail, but what happened next really solidified my loyalty. The place we loved happened to have some skeptical landlords. They had been burned in the past so were acting overly cautious. To make a long story short, Daniela helped us out of a potentially bad situation and immediately found a whole different slew of apartments for us to look at.
Daniela really made us feel special. She worked for us, not for herself. She wanted to make sure we found exactly what we wanted. It was such a great experience I have already referred a bunch of friends to her. Thank you Daniela, for all you did for us!
