Been coming here for 2 years now have to say front desk is professional and my dr. abeer is a wonderful amazing doctor and I never will change

My insurance found Dr. Khaled Osman a caring father and sincere, direct and kind man and Dr. Abeer Dabbas, a beautiful new mom, proficient and intuitive. The office space is modern and neat around the corner from a nest of super yummy Astoria resto’s and for the kids post needle and exam, a frozen yogurt shop. The front desk can be hit or miss– some are extremely helpful and friendly, other times curt. Overall, get there early for your appointment because they can be busy. They even have a massage therapist although I have not sampled the treatment. A great family experience to have them as our physicians ;-)

Came here two years ago and would never go anywhere else. Dr Osman is SUPER thorough and amazing! He never rushes me, he truly listens. Anytime I bring up an issue, he knows about it and when i asked how he knows everything he said hes constantly reading journals, books, anything and everything to stay on top of it. he truly is an amazing all around doctor and the BEST part is there’s a gynecologist on site too! So I don’t have to go to 50 different places to get treated anymore. They have a gynecologist, massage therapy, and just general doctor (Osman). And if my sister were to choose the best thing about Bright Medical, it would be that it is SPOTLESS. Even the baseboards are dusted. So for clean freaks, this is your place. Office is super modern, super clean.
The ONE complain I HAD was the front desk girls. They used to be truly horrible (except Raheela though she left and Remi (name right? Taller Lebanese woman with short hair) who’s still there). I used to get so upset and literally fight with the girls they were so incompetent I can’t even tell you. He’s FINALLY hired new girls and they’re amazing!!! So sweet and nice and efficient. So now I’m 100% happy :) Go to Dr Osman you really wont be disappointed.

The most unprofessional front desk I have ever seen!!! they called back my fiancé to yell at her over the phone and hung up on her face. Rude people up there completely un helpful, I dont know how this place even functions? I dont understand why people will go there with that sort of treatment from the front desk people. To many doctors office in astoria to choose from to get mistreated by them. Get ready to be mis treated when you go.

Dr. Khaled is very warm and professional. Also, this year I met Dr. Abeer Dabbas, beautiful young doctor. :) She did my annual gyn check up and she was very patient, nice and helpful about the all concerns I had!
I will definitely go back there!

Nightmare. Bought a deal on Lifebooker because it was such a good deal. Well I guess you get what you pay for. I made an appointment and on the way from Manhattan received a call that they didn’t order enough Botox and would have to reschedule. I rescheduled. They cancelled again for the same reason. I finally got my appointment two weeks later after many phone calls and voicemails with no return, not answering during open hours, etc. This place is beyond unprofessional.

I bought an amazon local deal two weeks ago and they would not let me make an appointment because they had already had too many! They should have capped the deal at a certain amount instead of allowing people to continue to buy and instead of offering an alternative option… they told me to call amazon to get my money back!

My experience was amazing !
I purchased a 20 unit Botox promo a while ago, that’s how I found out about this office.
First of all, they did not pressure me into purchasing more product, which I totally appreciate because I know how these promo’s normally work.
Secondly, I did not have to wait, the office staff is really professional and nice.
Thirdly, they reall took their time to talk to me and look at my face and notice an area that could use some attention, but also complimented on the features /​areas he thought were great. Again, there was no pressure to sign up for different treatments/​procedures and he absolutely did not make me feel bad about my problem area[s] nor was the staff rude.
