Don’t want to give them any star. The staff name Antonio, or something close to this name, is the worst customer service. I have due with him couples time since we upgrade our phone to iPhone 5s. Never help the customers. I was curious that he can sell something in the store. Sorry for AT&T.

I made a huge mistake going to this store! Go this store if want to get ripped off and have extra dollars and time to pay for their inefficiency. I needed a new att plan and an iphone 4S. What did they do for me? 1) messed up my name — used my middle name for my last name. 2) put in an incorrect billing address 3) did not choose the $ 20 unlimited messaging like I asked them to; so got charged for all the msgs I sent!!! I had to call att customer service to have it all fixed. Am still waiting to see what my bill will look like. sigh! … and it does not stop here. They told me I could trade in my old iphone 3S worth $ 80 for an accessory, which I did(sucker!!!). I was later told by att customer service that had I gone to an att store instead of the retailer I could have used the $ 80 toward the purchase of my new iphone! Please learn from my mistake and reconfirm every detail if you still decide to do business with them.
