I happen to really love Dr. Pipia and Dr. Patel who are both in this office. Stay away from Dr. Diboi — she has a nasty attitude.

Dr. Pipia is such a great doctor! I live in Flushing and I am willing to travel all the way to Astoria and/​or Whitestone just to receive his care! I was referred to him by my other doctor and have been seeing him for about 4 months now. The wait time is pretty long, but it is worth it! He is sincere and very funny!

I went to this guy for an over due physical today. The office was Modern, clean, and staff was organized. The wait was about 40 mins too long but I guess to be expected considering that he was thorough with me. Intelligent doctor, but needs a new haircut lol!

I went there for first time, the place is clean except for the bathroom. The administrative staff is usefulness and not nice. I waited 1 hour and a half with appointment to see Dr. Pipia. He’s nice but the consultation was only 10 minutes.

Usually a long wait to see him, even with an appointment. TERRIBLE when it comes returning calls or getting back to you about anything.
My elderly mother who is 90 years old, is a patient of his. I left an urgent message to let him know that she was in the hospital. This guy never bothered to return the call. This is not the first time where I have left messages and did not get a return call.
What the hell kind of doctor is this? If you are looking for a doctor who is concerned about his patients, then keep looking, because this guy is not the one for you.
If I could have given him less than one star I would have. This is the last guy in the world that I would ever recommend to anyone.

Doctor Pipia is very nice but his administrative staff is rude and not very helpful. Staff is quick to get defensive and will make up answers blatantly if they do not know the answer to your questions. I am also not a stickler for hygiene but do expect a doctors office to be cleaner than this place. If it is an emergency then this medical facility is fine but do not go here if you have a choice.

I was very disappointed when I went in for my yearly physical. First of all I waited for about 45 minutes before being seen by Dr. Pipia. Okay, it’s a doctors office I understand that a wait generally comes with making an appointment. But Dr. Pipia was so cold and quick, like I was wasting his time. I felt like I wasn’t given the chance to ask any questions. I will say the nurse practitioner was really nice though. I wish I had gotten her name.
Now I’m on the hunt again for a new doctor.

God forbid you get into an accident and decide to go to this dr. He is so concerned about being involved in a lawsuit that he is completely illogical and senseless in his approach. I had absolutely no intent to sue anyone but was in pain and needed some care and at least a good referral to a physical therapist. This man has no moral conscience because I got neither. Waste of time, and money– But mostly disappointed to have paid someone only to be turned away because of their cowardice and fear.
