Awesome! Always on time, crispy clean, friendly service. Used to go to New Age, but after so many incidents I switched and oh I am so glad.
Alternation work is very good, no complaint here.
The owners are super nice. Always wave even I haven’t been there for months and still remembers my full name (wow)

After the owner purchased and is running another store in Manhattan, he has allowed this female manager to successfully run this store into the ground. Communicaiton is poor, service went from outstanding to downright horrific. Pricing has also increased. After many years of bringing my dry cleaning there, i am never going back there again.

Very attentive and personal service. Although language may be a stumbling bump, there’s usually no problems and the owner and workers make you feel like you’re part of the family. They’ve been around for 10+ years and have withstood and adjusted to the test of time. I would not hesitate to drop my clothes there cuz it’s en route to the N, reasonable prices, and their hours are convenient to drop off in the morning and pickup on my way home. Truly an Astoria gem.
