Gary Quillen is the owner and chief instructor of the Moo Sa Black Belt Academy. Mr. Quillen has been a student under Grandmaster Young H. Kwon for over 10 year. Grandmaster Young. H. Kwon is one of the most well known and recognized Grandmasters in the area. Grandmaster Young H. Kwon is the founder of the Pilsung Martial Arts Association and The Moo Sa Black Belt Academy belongs to this association. Mr. Quillen has been managing very successful martial arts schools in the aston area for the last 6 years, and now has his own location for everyone to come and continue to enjoy the martial arts training they all love.

Gary Quillen is the owner and chief instructor of the Moo Sa Black Belt Academy. Mr. Quillen has been training in the Martial Arts for over 10 years now. He has been assisting in Martial Arts classes for 8 years and has been a chief instructor and managing schools for 5 years. Mr. Quillen holds the rank of 3^rd Degree Black Belt with the Pilsung Martial Arts Association under Grand Master Young H. Kwon. He also has a Associates Degree in business management. He is a certified instructor with the Pilsung Martial Arts Assoc. and United Professionals. The Martial Arts has been a passion for Mr. Quillen since he started his training. He brings an unbelievable amount of personal development skills, leadership skills, and motivation into his classes.
