The Ritz Carlton Club Aspen Highlands

Amazingly beautiful hotel grounds, which are perfectly manicured. Came here for the changing of the leaves in September and the Aspens are just stunning. The service is on par with the best Ritz’ around the country. The complimentary coffee is actually very good but I wish it were left out longer — sometimes we like our coffee after dinner. Hey, we’re Miamians after all. Also, it kind of sucks that the restaurant isn’t open Monday & Tuesday but the free shuttle and taxi service into town works out perfectly. Amazing restaurants in downtown Aspen and this is a great place to stay.

Excellent time at the ritz! Concierge and staff are extremely welcoming and go out of their way to accommodate anyone. Rooms = gorgeous
Free cookies @ 3:30 pm each day are not to be missed, and private vans that take you anywhere within Aspen are extremely convenient. Only downside was there was virtually no snow for skiing, though I still had a great stay!

I visited this facility on a timeshare trek. It is lovely and staff are wonderful — of course, it’s the RITZ! If you want to stay in the lap of luxury, this is certainly a destination to consider. The units are lovely, with ensuite rooms, lovely location, fantastic staff. They do have a members only lounge, which we couldn’t quite figure out the purpose nor the benefits.

Been here twice. First experience was great, during the winter. Second experience felt like I was at a completely different place (this was during a trip here in August 2014).
The food order was messed up, the food came out very late and cold (about 40 – 50 mins after ordered).
After addressing the waitress and then the manager about the issues we had with our order; rather than help us out, the manager became confrontational and said that the order came out «14 minutes after we ordered». Then charged us full price and automatically gave themselves a 20% tip!
Maybe during the summer, they have a less experienced waitstaff and manager.
I truly did not have a pleasant experience here. And it is shame, as the location is so ideal.
I would not recommend dining here until they mitigate the issues they have with their current management and employees.

Ritz Carlton at Aspen Highlands never misses a beat. I went there for the 7^th time last weekend and it was exceptional. It happened to be my birthday, and the staff surprised us by putting an entire cake and card in the room!
The facility has all of the luxe amenities that you would expect. The staff continues to go out of their way to make your stay unique and memorable.

Heaven (if you can afford it)

We went for brunch and were greeted with horrible service. The waitress brought a cup of coffee without the cream when I asked for cream. The bloody mary was horrible. The meatloaf was cold and when we honestly told them, they cooked a new one, threw it in a box and handed us a bill for it. We waited over 30 minutes for our food and the result was terrible.
