I HATED MY EXPERIENCE WITH HERTZ. We are gold costumers, when i asked the man if there where any available cars we said no. He was rude, not helpful at all and honestly he should be fired because if you don’t want to deal with people then don’t be the one at costumer service. I decided to look for myself if there were cara available and in the webpage there seemed to be more than 30. I came back to show him and get an explanation but i just received more attitude, when i told him i would report him he laughed. This is NOT OK.
P.S: if there was an option for –20 stars believe me i would gladly give it.

Asked the attendant if they had any cars available and she gave me the worst attitude and said no. When I went over to the next rental spot that had cars she was very nice to the other customers. I don’t know if it’s because I look like I’m younger or because she was having a bad day. Anyways I wouldn’t recommend this hertz.
