Verizon instructed me to stop by one of their stores because I was having problems with my IPhone. There were two young men working the store. The young man who assisted me was Mark Pernosky. He was great. Whenever a customer came into the store, he acknowledged them by letting them know he would assist them as soon as he could. I liked that. My phone did need to be replaced. He filed a claim for me; instructed me on the claim process and allowed me to have the new phone delivered to the store(via overnight currier) so that I could pick it up there while I was in Aspen. This store DID get busy while I was there. Hopefully, if you stop by, you’ll get Mark to assist you. He really helped me out while I was in Aspen!

For the love of god, please don’t ever make me go back. Customer service is appalling. You’ll wait 30 mins as employees rudely put down their customers, then be told the employees are going out on break, despite the lines. They’ll treat you rudely, and accomplish nothing. After a week when your products don’t arrive as promised, they’ll smirk and decide smugly that you’re the problem. They might call you later after you leave for info they forgot to get in the store and accuse you for their incompetence. Someone needs to teach them a lesson in human kindness, customer service and general competency. If location weren’t so convenient in bad weather I’d go downvalley.

Manager is very rude. I cannot understand for the life of me why Rob is in charge here.
