Orders are eat in or to go… and don’t forget to check our daily specials. Serving daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p. m…pies available until 6:00 p.m. Never forget the PIE!

History

Established in 2015.

We initally opened as a pie shop and produce market at this Saybrook location. We soon decided that our full kitchen allowed us to do more in a day that just my pies. We are now a full service local restaurant, serving breakfast and lunch from 7:00 — 3:00 p.m. Our foods is made fresh… not premade or frozen. Pies are also baked fresh daily. We feaure over 15 variety of pies a day.
