I have been bringing my customers to Waters Edge for lunch meetings for over a year now. Service is ALWAYS prompt and FRIENDLY. The food is amazing and the desserts are unreal. You CANNOT get better food ANYWHERE within a five county range. Make sure you call ahead and reserve a table because the place gets packed up quick. Dinner is fantastic although its NOT priced or served like Bob Evan’s so be prepared to be amazed.

Reasonable prices. The service was amazing. Food was great but dont fill up. The dessert is amazing! The place is decorated with all kinds of stuff. Think applebees but with flowers and tree limbs etc(and not annoying like the bee).

Without a doubt, the best place to eat in Ashland. From the moment we walked in and were warmly greeted by Cindy, the hostess, to our final conversation with our server, Mallory, we were treated like family, and served wonderful food! Living in a small town often means missing out on big city amenities, like great dining experiences. No more! If you haven’t tried Bella Blues, you are missing a great meal prepared by true professionals. We each had a cup of soup to start, the seafood chowder for my wife, and the vegetable beef for me. WOW! Next time, I may go for the bowl, with the homemade bread as my meal. Our entrees consisted of the brisket sandwich and pasta salad for me and the salmon salad for my wife. Both were delicious, and more than sufficient for a mid-day meal. While were eating, the owner, Rita, was teasing everyone with fresh out of the oven ganache filled chocolate pastries. Who could say no to that? One giant one for two was set aside for a late night snack. We also sampled the apple berry cobbler with ice cream for our dessert. Very tasty! It’s worth the 5 minute drive out of town to get here. The setting is beautiful, even though everything was frozen over on this 7 degree day. Spring is coming soon so get out and try this place.

Incredible to see something of this caliber in Ashland. Top notch design, experience, and food. The interior design creates a classy and comfortable feeling. Moments after walking in you gain a sincere appreciation for the details like the watermarked ceilings and the feel of the concrete floors disguised as wood. The copper tables and elegant large windows provide a Nantucket inspired theme and the artwork keeps the venue stylish without being overly busy. I’d highly recommend this as a place to celebrate and enjoy special times with family and friends. The bride and groom’s rooms are beautiful too, so if you’re going to get married, and it’s going to be around Ashland… it should be here.
