just ordered another bouquet from trisha. once again great customer service. very accommodating. i placed an order to be delivered a week out and a few towns away. also as i mentioned in my earlier review, I am in california so the time difference is difficult. i called late afternoon (6pm. east coast) and she was still there and answered!
i will only use her for any flower deliveries. support local businesses!

I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers from my daughter, and I initially thought that I had found a floral shop with a creative touch which would be my go to place. I loved the combination of flowers and the design. However, after two days, the rosebuds drooped and then on day four they eventually died. Other flowers did not do well also even after I nipped the bottoms to retain freshness. I am not sure what my daughter paid (I think it was may have been a bit on the expensive side based on the unusual flowers) but I believe they should have lasted at least a week, given fresh water daily. Flowers at Trader Joes last longer if you know how to arrange them. –Disappointed.

Outstanding Customer service and flowers. Ordered flowers for a client in Boston and flowers were delivered the same day. Trisha Cooper Designs took such great care of me! I had a friend experience a personal tragedy on a Saturday. I ordered flowers for her with another shop in the morning (one that promised same-day delivery), and received and email at 2pm saying they couldn’t send the order until Monday.
After desperately calling every flower shop in Framingham, I found Trisha Cooper. The woman I talked to (this is at 3pm, mind you) agreed to get a bouquet to my friend’s house by 5pm. She did this, and it was beautiful. She even called me to confirm that she’d delivered the bouquet.
This cheered my best friend on a very bad day. I’ll never forget this. Thanks, TCD!

I was very fortunate to find TrishaCooper floral design (and lucky that she was recommended to me by The Sherborn Inn!).
Trish is a very talented and attentive floral designer. Most importantly, she listened carefully, and immediately understood what I was looking for, for our small wedding — on rather short notice as well. I realize she often does much more elaborate work, so I know I was lucky she had time for us, in this case.
I have planned events much further in advance with others, yet not had the perfect interpretation Trish was able to produce: using her imagination and drawing on her rich experience, she reflected my color and style better than I could have directed myself, even if I had had the time to «stress» about it. But «not stressing» was part of what I wanted! In every way, she was lovely to work with — and very reasonably priced, as well.
I am very pleased to recommend her to anyone who wants a thoughtful rather than «cookie-cutter» approach. Flowers are very important to me, and Trish Cooper came through in extraordinary fashion. I don’t see how you can go wrong with TrishaCooperDesigns.
