Rottler Pest & Lawn Solutions is a family owned and operated company that has been serving the St. Louis area, as well as other areas throughout Mid-​Missouri, for over 50 years. Fred Rottler began his business alone in 1956, and through great customer service began to quickly build it into something great. His two sons, Mike and Gary, joined him when they graduated from college. When Fred retired, Mike and Gary continued to run the business, and Rottler is now the largest independent pest control company in Missouri. Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Mike Rottler was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He and his wife, Lori, have been married for over 30 years and have two children, Jessica and Daniel. Mike’s father, Fred Rottler, started out in the pest control business back in 1956. Throughout high school, Mike worked part-​time for his father until he went on to attend the University of Missouri-​St. Louis and Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri. Shortly after college, Mike entered into the family business on a full-​time basis as a Service Technician. In 1985, Mike took over as President of the company, and has since built the business from $ 500,000 in annual revenue to over $ 10.8 million in 2011.

Mike is a Past President of the National Pest Management Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Professional Pest Management Alliance, CPS/​PestSure Insurance Group, the chair of the QualityPro Board, and the BBB Board of Directors.
