We have a bathroom which needed to be remodel due to my husband’s disability. We contacted Mr Fix it, at first they were very helpful but when asked to provide the detail estimate, communication was very poor, it was really hard to talk to them as they were seldom responding to our voicemails, emails and texts. Very disappointed in the company, expensive compared to other very good contractors. I would not recommend them. Thank God, we found a new contractor.

My garbage disposal stopped working, so I called around to a few places. Jason from Mr. Fix-​It called me back and gave me some advice over the phone on how to trouble shoot my disposal, and it worked. He saved me $ 150 for a service call! I really appreciate his honesty. Now I’m going to come back to Mr. Fix-​It for any other work I need done.

These folks do quality work. We had them install our gutter helmets. We had them at our house in Maryland and got them installed right away after we moved to Richmond. They did a great job and came back when we had a problem later and resolved it quickly at no charge. They are great! I highly recommend them.
