Dr. MacIver has been freeing people from pain in the Metrowest area since 1997, at his clinic in Ashland. Using a whole person approach, he combines a hands-​on approach with state of the art technology and procedures to get the best results possible for his patients. Dr. MacIver specializes in a number of techniques, which include: Palmer package, Gonstead, Sacral Occipital Technique, and Activator techniques. Dr. MacIver has received special training in chiropractic rehabilitation and has specialized in spinal decompression for lumbar disc injuries. He provides health and wellness related talks to area organizations.

I have been seeing Dr. MacIver for about 8 years now. I went to him after being involved in a car accident where I ended up with herniated discs in my neck. When I arrived at my appointment what impressed me the most is the amount of testing he did before trying to do any corrections. Since then I have found he has continually been able to make my body feel aligned and healthy with standard chiropractic corrections, laser therapy, muscle stimulation or acupressure. One big plus is that he is always accommodating to a hectic schedule.

I was really skeptical to go to the Chiropractor for the first time, but decided to go because I was in alot of pain. After going I have to say I couldn’t be more happy with Dr. MacIver and the whole experience. He is great with patients and very good and what he does. He solved my problem and turned this skeptic into a believer!
