History

Established in 2002.

Annie has more than 22 years of experience in interior design, architectural color consulting, design and construction facilitation, garden design, and ColorQuest personal color analysis.

McIntyre Designs, was the first company Annie had in the Bay Area. She worked with contractors and their clients, facilitating design, color and planning choices. She also specialized in staging for the real estate market — adding color, design, furniture and curb appeal, while removing personal clutter– allowing the architecture and potential of a house to shine.

Her love of interior design started as a child finding the right balance in bookshelves and suggesting building changes on both her parents’ job sites. Annie’s father was a contractor, so she grew up around construction and design. Being immersed in construction at an early age helped Annie clearly see the architectural potential in any house or commercial space.
