Brady Frank, DDS

I was on vacation with my daughter Tara and she developed a very bad tooth ache that could not wait until we got back to Canada. Driving on Hwy 99 on our way to wolf creek park we pulled off the road in a town called Ashland in Oregon.
We were recommended to go to the dentist office on Washington Street and we just walked in and they took us no problem. Very friendly dentist office!
Dr. Frank is a great dentist. My daughter was nervous about going to the dentist and we assured her it was going to be ok. When Brady came into the room he had her laughing so hard before she knew is he had already given her the shot and she didn’t even know it. Then we all started laughing. What a great place to get your teeth worked on. What a pleasure it was to visit with the staff and the prices are great.
We got home safely last week and this review is my thank you to Dr. Frank for the great service you provided for us.

I am so thankful for this dentist! I had so many bad experiences with other dentists, that I would wait until there was a major problem before making an appointment. That’s until I met Dr. Brady Frank. My smile resembled a poorly carved pumpkin. Big space between my front teeth and a missing tooth in my smile contributed to the resemblance. My self esteem was in the dumpster. Dr. Brady Frank changed ALL of my opinions of myself and of dentists. I experienced pain free dentistry for the first time! I received an implant for the missing tooth, and caps that realigned my smile so there was no space between my front teeth. He gave me a smile worthy of a Hollywood movie star. I am so grateful for his state of the art technology, compassion and knowledge! I actually look forward to going to the dentist!

Dr Brady frank IS A DANGER to the people of Ashland Oregon. Please please DO NOT become a victim of him and his horrible marketing and incompetent dental practices. He caused a huge infection and robbed my insurance company and I of 1000s of dollars because of his horrible dentistry skills! Please do your research and don’t become a victim like me! He has a track record in other states aka Montana where he has done the same thing!

Dr. Frank is the most incompetent dentist. All of the extensive work he did in my mouth was done so poorly that it caused infection and had to be re-​done. He did the work at lightening speed– less than one hour to do 2 crown preps and one root canal. He punctured outside the root into the bone. He either did not take an x-​ray after his root canal work, which I believe is common practice, or if he did, he did not tell me that he had punctured through the canal, and an infection would develop and I needed to go to a specialist so there would be some chance of repairing the damage he did. He just left it so I could discover later. And yes later, excruciating pain and mass infection and some x– rays revealed what he had done. The very reputable endodontist I went to, to have the negligent and incompetent damage repaired that Dr Frank did was amazed that he could do so much damage and not even document it, or notice.
To this day when my (new) dentist sees the x-​ray of the completely botched root canal and damage to the bone, he winces, and has told me that in his many decades of practice he just doesn’t see this.
It appears he builds up dental practices and flips them. So the more he gets on the books, the more he can sell a practice for. He apparently has a company that teaches dentist how to get the most for their practice-​which is fine-​but I was an unfortunate victim of his personal/​professional practice of how he does it. Before I discovered the infection from his work, he had already sold his practice.
There is a dentist Dr. Brady Frank that a web search shows had official negligence complaints issues years ago in yet another state. The article sounded familiar to my experience.
P. S. Beware that he brings people in with free x-​exam, or other «savings» initially.
Better to just find a good dentist.

I think it is fair to say that Dr. Frank does very poor quality work. They were very nice to us. But the truth is, Dr. Frank can no longer practice in other states because of his bad work. We are now going to another dentist in Medford, who says the dentists in Medford get many of Dr. Frank’s previous patients.

Ok, I normally don’t write Unilocal reviews of professional businesses, but thought it would be appropriate to do so this time around. My wife and I have had quite a bit of work done at Premier Dental over the past two years and have had no real issues with their work, and in fact, were pleased with the pleasant staff. I did, however, have a couple issues with their office billing procedures right from the git-​go. Initially, I was billed full charge for a crown which was, for a first time patient, supposed to be discounted. I brought that to the attention of the front office and they did issue me a credit toward my next procedure. But I feel I really shouldn’t have had to bring this to their attention to begin with. I have since decided to change dentists. My new dentist called Dr. Frank’s office to request my most recent x-​rays. They were advised that the x-​rays would be released only after a $ 35 fee. Really? Glad I decided to change dentists.

I knew I had to have some dental work done, including a root canal, so I called around for pricing. Some dentists wouldn’t even give me a price over the phone. Dr. Frank’s office quoted me the cheapest price, as well as an inexpensive initial cleaning and checkup. I scheduled the work, but honestly wasn’t too hopeful, as I’ve had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and thought that since they were cheaper, it might be a case of «you get what you pay for.» I’m happy to report that I’ve been pleasantly surprised with them, though. They did my root canal right away, and I followed up with a cleaning and a filling. Each time I’ve been there, everyone has been very pleasant. At my filling appointment, I asked the dentist about a small chip in my tooth, and he filled it in, free of charge, right then. Also, none of the dentists or hygienists I saw used any kind of scare tactic, which seems to be popular among dentists. They also didn’t recommend any unnecessary treatment. I will definitely continue to go back there.
