I called AAA and they connected me with Bates Garage. He came promptly, loaded up my car easily and took me to a nearby tire store. Nice guy, helpful. No problems at all.

My car’s alternator went out as I was driving up I-71 past Ashland. I called AAA, and they sent Bates to come pick me up.
The driver was careful with my car, and he was very courteous and personable … we had a good conversation on a whole range of topics as he took me and my car to a nearby repair shop. Turns out he’s the third generation of this family-owned operation started by his grandfather. They have 12 different trucks, so they can handle a lot of different types of jobs.
I’m hoping my car holds up and I won’t need to use Bates again, but I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the Ashland area who needs a tow.
