Ashland Parcel Post handled a FedEx shipment for my wife and me. FedEx damaged the package when delivering it. FedEx wanted Ashland Parcel to handle our claim, Ashland Parcel Post refused to help us. They claimed that we had received an insurance payment. We repeatedly explained that the insurance did not cover our loss. We had to sue FedEx to recover our full damages. Ashland Parcel Post simply ignored their responsibilities to us.
