IDK what the deal is there– I have never experienced anything like it with regards to customer service and billing– They actually have a weekly seminar for confused customers, helping them explain their bill! Lol –That is where my problems began– The only person who seems sane there is the woman behind the front desk, the«customer service» lady has serious issues, as does the manager. They used to be the only provider of AFN here in Ashalnd, so I think they got a little too comfy–«You want broadband?- you HAVE to go through us…»(broadband Nazi’s) Not any more! AFN will directly hook you up through the city– DOITNOW! ;)

While I have not compared prices with other companies, I have never had a bad customer service experience with them. I find them to be very friendly in store and on the phone and they have even come out right at closing on a Friday when my internet went out unexpectedly. The service is consistent. No complaints.

I have been a customer for a long time. Decided to get cable– looked at all the other companies and called Ashland Home Net. This is a very nice local company. The person who installed our cable was nice and very quick. I will always recomend this company.

I would not go with this company as a Service Provider in Ashland. They are very rude on the telephone and their prices are much higher than others. I would go with Century Link who give great sign up specials, low prices and friendly tech help without the attitude!
