Smells so good when you walk in the door!!! Product is great!!! Typically very clean inside. Customer service isn’t always consistent. Very little outdoor seating. Kind of expensive for what you get!

Inconsistent customer service. I would have loved to try all the flavors, but didn’t think this was an option so I chose one and was fairly happy with my choice. Once another(slightly older) couple came into the shop, however, an Asian girl suddenly appeared from the back with tiny cups and offered every customer a taste. I was disappointed that the same service was not offered to me.

I am a firm believer in frozen yogurt. I mean, it’s freakin’ delicious. YaYa’s frozen yogurt is delicious and their flavors occasionally change but are ALWAYS delicious. Best of all? This stuff is actually pretty healthy. Also, I absolutely love the fun and casual atmosphere that YaYa’s offers. It’s very kid friendly and the employees are awesome with giving out free samples. My only complaint, and the only reason I’m only giving YaYa’s 4 stars is because I wish they had more toppings. While they do have a pretty great selection, I have seen better. Overall, this is a great place where you can get a healthy dessert and love it!

While visiting my relatives I discovered this great little shop in Biltmore Park near their home. It’s perfect. Decorated bright and whimsical. the one young male staff member(wish I remembered his name but he’s from the south) was cheerful, eager to help, and seemed to love his job. It may appear small in size but I feel it is just organized efficiently. Definitely offers delicious yogurt flavors and MANY toppings. I can not wait to return on my next visit

Fairly standard yogurt place, which are now a dime a dozen around here. I can think of at least 7 different places in AVL alone. They do have Nutella, which is pretty much the dividing line between an awesome yogurt place or a terrible one, so I’ll be going back if I’m down there and want some.
