In town from Lou., Ky. Took my sister to an appt. Went to back out into the pkg lot and SNAP!-…and NO steering! Called around. Thought I snapped a belt. My guy, Rick’s import Auto, was just a little too far away for this one. Got referred here by a friend. They came and picked us up, towed us in and looked at it. The receptionist was an extremely sweet young lady who, by phone conversation, was well versed in the workings of an automobile. I thought; «Bonus»! I know they will not count my gender against me! They were SUPER NICE! Family business. We also got a ride to a wonderful little diner down the street. Had lunch. We came back, they were very busy. They gave us a ride to my sister’s house. (sketchy neighborhood). The problem was not the belt. The power steering «pully» attached to the motor had broken its bolt. Half the bolt was in the block. They were going to try to «tap» it out, so they wouldn’t have to tear the whole thing apart. 1996 Eldorado. Painstaking, time consuming, expensive. They called me later around 5pm and informed me they had succeeded in tapping out the bolt and replaced it. NO tearing it down!!! They came and picked us up. We setlled up and I drove happily away.
*Note* The restaurant has since closed down. This area is right along the river– kinda «outta the way». They WERE on Smoky Park hwy, the food was nothing to write home about. Then they moved to this location. The food improved 150%!!! YUMMY!!! But i guess the location was just too lonesome. I hear they will re-​open somewhere soon. I hope they keep the «river» location cook and recipes!

First class shop! Very friendly staff and super quick service. They will give it to you straight and with a smile. They do everything here & this is my go to place!
