Sawyer Motor Building Condominium

I was staying at a friend’s condo here for a weekend getaway in Asheville. From the outside, you’d never suspect there were beautiful condos inside.
The first floor is offices with an elevator to the 3 floors above. The 2^nd floor is the parking garage with car access in the back of the building. And the 3^rd and 4^th floors are where the condos are.
My friend’s condo had a bedroom area that was blocked off by sliding doors. There’s standard size bathroom in there as well. The living room and kitchen is down the hall. There are huge windows across the the length of the far wall. The kitchen is huge as well with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
The location is central to everything in downtown Asheville. You can pretty much walk to everything and I can see why my friends bought this place. If I had the money, I’d buy in here as well.
