History
Established in 1985.
Dr. Hoffert grew up in Greeley, Colorado. She graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a degree in Biology. She attended dental school at the University of Colorado and graduated cum laude in 2005.
She served in the United States Air Force for the next five years and compled an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in 2006.
In 2010, Dr. Hoffert began her civilian dental career practicing in Texas and Louisiana as an associate dentist while accompanying her husband on his military moves. She used that time to study the specialized dental care of special needs children and completed another residency, this time in implant dentistry with a focus on advanced surgical techniques including sinus lift and bone grafting. She graduated in 2014.

Dr. Shawna Hoffert is an experienced dentist practicing in Asheville, North Carolina. She offers a wide range of services including family dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. Dr. Hoffert recently relocated to North Carolina upon completion of a residency program in implant dentistry. She can’t wait to meet you!
