My Phone Repair

I came here to have the cracked screen replaced on my iPhone 5c. I called around to lots of places in the area to find the cheapest quote. These guys were not the cheapest (I paid 99.00). But I happened to be in the mall and they got it done in less than 30 minutes! Some of their competitors were less expensive, but they needed to order the parts. The guys in the shop were able to fix it on the spot, were fast and very friendly. I definitely feel like you get ripped off with the expense, but thats how it is with any repair!

I just moved to the Asheville area, and got a new phone shortly after moving. Within a month of getting the new phone I broke the screen, drove the hour and a half to Greenville to get it fixed at the Apple Store. Paid $ 120 plus gas to get it fixed and had to wait over an hour to get it done. About a month after getting a new screen, I broke it again. (Apple obviously makes great quality phones with great durability. I’m also pretty accident prone.) I didn’t have time to drive south again. So I checked out My Phone Repair, at the Asheville Mall. It was a little bit more expensive but ended up only being a couple bucks more once you added up the cost of gas to drive to Greenville. They had it fixed within 30 minutes. Then, I had a few problems with my screen, gave them a call to see if they could do anything about it, and they said they would replace the whole screen at no cost. I just left the store, not paying a cent, they fixed my screen in 20 minutes, and put a brand-​new tempered glass screen protector on it, at no charge.
I am so impressed with the customer service! And so thankful that I don’t have to drive to Greenville anymore! Great news is, they just dropped their prices, so it’s actually cheaper to get your phone fixed there than it is at the Apple store!
As someone who has to get their devices fixed often (due to my own clumsyness), I highly recommend my phone repair! Thanks for great service, guys!

I had close to the same problem as Coy E. who commented above. They «fixed» my phone (Galaxy S4) and 1 day later it stops work (having done nothing to it) they agree to fix it again free of charge. After the second time they fixed it my phone started acting up, and wouldn’t make calls. I brought it to them, and they said «it wasn’t there fault.» They refused to give me anything even though they obviously had messed up my phone. So now i’m out close to three hundred dollars and have nothing to show for it. Long story short don’t use them to «fix» your phone. Go to a professional out fit.
