I needed a formal quote for 200 color copies (was told $ 97) but this dude would NOT give me a formal (emailed) proposal! I explained that I needed it for a committee and he could have cared less. Told me to go to the website and fill out a form to get the quote. Geeze. I would think $ 97 would be a medium size job for a quick print shop, but maybe not! He lost this potential customer.
