I’m writing this review for the two wonderful technicians who usually do my nails. They refer to me as «opi girl» because I love opi colors. My gel last nearly three weeks and I could not be happier. However, my two favorites have left and I am super sad because they are the best this business has. I honestly will not be returning unless glamour nails recruits some more skilled technicians.

My daughter and I both went to get our nails/toes done. Techs were rushed and couldn’t handle the volume in the place. I was passed off to 3 different techs. I asked for a flower. 3 people later, no later even though I asked each person. Total at the end was astronomical. Won’t go again!

I have been here in the past and it was great, today I had the short guy who hobbles(no offense), he was rude, quick, two nails have bubbles(I have never had that with gel polish), thumbnail snipped entire edge on one side. He answered a personal call during my service and totally stopped working on me 3 times to give his undivided attention to the shop drama that appeared to be happening. I will not be back.

We booked an appt for the bride, maid of honor, and the two mothers. 3 got tips, one got gel. Two people who got tips had to go back within three days for long cracks. The other tips and the gel needed to go back but didn’t have time due to the wedding preparations. It didn’t make sense to pay that much money for such LOWQUALITY manicures. Also, the bride was cut on one finger and one toe. They were short two people, they said. DON’T waste your money here. The massage chair arm was broken and I had to ask for hotter water because it was COOL. The hand massage was a JOKE! Never again… I’ve been to a lot of salons and this one is substandard.

Salon was clean and sat me promptly. The pedicure was good, but not phenomenal. I got a regular manicure which left a little to be desired. Technicians were rushed and seemed a bit over-worked. Price was right, though. Not very personable staff. I will try again earlier in the day when they might not be quite so busy.

I’ve been going here for a while now and have always been satisfied. However, the last time I went, I got a polish change on my toes. They asked while I was in the chair if I wanted them cut. I said yes thinking that that is what they did every time. When I went to pay, they charged me an extra $ 3 for getting them cut. When I said I’d never been charged that before and didn’t know it was extra, they still made me pay it. I was very displeased and probably won’t be back.

Unlike a majority of your shopping center nail shops Glamour Nails is warm, friendly and comfortable place to be pampered. The inside is bright without nasty fluorescent lights, cute without any of the typical cheesy nail salon décor, and has a large selection of polish colors. I’ve gotten a pedicure here twice and enjoy the variety of scrubs available in the deluxe package. They have green tea, lavender, honey & milk, brown sugar and so many more. My feet felt and looked so good at the end of my time. What sets this place above others is Christina. I came here once before with my father to get a pedicure more than over 6 months ago but when we soaking our feet Christina remembered us and started a friendly conversation. She is so personable and friendly with the perfect balance of professional. If you are looking for a comfortable salon experience this is the place to go!
