Business Owner

Paddling buddies from the start, we discovered an opportunity to open AAR and jumped on the idea. Asheville hasn’t had it’s own kayak shop located on the french Broad River ever. With Asheville’s strong boating community, both flat water and white water, as an idea it was a no brainer!

Taking over the location May with a 6 week remodel schedule and a grand opening June 9th. 2012.

Now in our second season and going strong, offering the best River Tours of Asheville and retail sales of all your Whitewater needs!
