Meet the Business Owner

Eva C.

Business Owner

Eva R. Clement is a North Carolina native. She graduated from NC School of Science and Math and then earned her B.A. with honors from Guilford College.

* As a Social Insurance Specialist with the Social Security Administration in Asheville, Eva served thousands of clients and conducted training in public service institutions across Western North Carolina.

* Eva earned her JD cum laude from North Carolina Central University while interning with Everett & Everett Law Firm in Durham. She helped to found the Butner Legal Reentry Assistance Project, a pro bono initiative that aimed to reduce recidivism rates at Butner Federal Correctional facility.

* Eva joined the firm Thomas P. Peter II & Associates in Maine as a litigator. Her caseload included criminal defense for adults and juveniles, family law, mental health, business law, civil litigation, probate, and administrative law.

* Eva founded Clement Law Firm in Asheville, NC.
