Once again, Champa does a superb job of impressing my eyes and taste buds. Instead of actually getting a table this time, we decided to grab a seat at the bar. It was another chance encounter for my palate to dance with the glorious Japanese food offerings from their kitchen. (They also offer Chinese dishes).
Chen and his staff are amazing and I would highly recommend trying Champa out if you have not already. You will not be disappointed!
