Don’t go to this store if you need tech support of any kind. My phone wasn’t making or receiving any calls. R. basically turned the phone off and back on again. Then he said it is a software issue. After which he told me I need to upgrade to a new $ 400 phone. Did I mention he had just mentioned that they work strictly on commission? Convenient.
