Leah Broker is an outstanding Worker’s Comp & Social Security lawyer — the BEST in Asheville in my opinion. I have referred several clients to her over the years and I always get glowing reports from the referred clients! In working with Leah on joint cases, she is wonderful to work with, has great insights, is always prompt to return phone calls replies to emails, and always gets the job done for her clients. If ten stars were available, that’s what they’d get from me. Anna Hamrick is a saint, by all accounts. After Chitwood & Fairbairn sat on my case for a year then dumped me because they suddenly decided my case was unwinnable (see my scathing review), I found Broker & Hamrick. I was instantly far more impressed.
B&H took my case just before my Medicaid hearing (the moment it had been scheduled, Chitwood & Fairbairn dropped my case) and prevailed. Months later, my SSDI hearing was scheduled, and Anna Hamrick won that case with ease.
I have referred two other people to Broker & Hamrick. One had a very quick victory and is now on SSDI, and the other has just started the process (and loves them). I wholeheartedly recommend this firm to anyone seeking justice from the federal disability system.
