Adelaide Spa

I loved my experience! I wish I could tell you my stylists name! She had long black hair and a blue streak in it–
Lovely lovely lovely and so easy. Worked out, got my hair done– easy peasy!

Positively the best facial I have ever had. The spa is beautiful and so soothing. The staff, warm and sincere. Anne, the esthetician, was incredible. She has a true gift. I felt positively wonderful afterwards. The glow lasted for weeks. I will never go elsewhere.

So for an Xmas present I was presented a massage and facial… and yes, I was happy to receive it as even a man needs some work on the face & body from time to time… plus Asheville has a significant amount of massage folks so there are plent of opportunities to get your body kneaded.
By I’m off the subject… so the appointment was made and I showed up. Was given a few forms to fill out in the back lounge area. Now this is part of a tennis center and though the rest of the facility isn’t much to look at the lounge is very well appointed. Modern, dark and light tones, and soothing music.
The staff were professional… calming…and attentive.
The facial was amazing… since never having one… as I would never buy one for myself… it feel great and I looked pretty good after it was over and the staff answered all my questions about the tools and techniques being used on my noggin.
The massage was also incredible and was hot stone, which was also a first for me.
After it was over I retreated to the lounge area… unfortunately as the sauna was not working at the time, so it was a less than perfect experience… in addition, the spa is beside something? A nail place or somewhere that loud dance/​radio music was being played… so the soothing feelings were quickly running away as I was distracted and in the end… the end was not so great.
All and all I think… well, in fact I know… they are trying hard to make it a great place and experience… but…they have a ways to go before they get there, but I’m sure they’ll make it.

They tell you to get there 15 minutes early, so I did but then it took 10 minutes to check me in. I got a hot stone hand massage /​manicure and a pedicure. My nail tech was very good. I like my manicure a lot. The pedicure chair I sat in didn’t work which is lame. There are a lot of spas in Asheville, this one doesn’t stand out. I would go again if groupon offered another deal but I wouldn’t pay full price when there are other fantastic spas closer to my house.

Came up to Asheville for a weekend trip from Jacksonville, FL. Adelaide Spa had a groupon and I bought it for a facial and massage. I had the best facial and massage and I have been to so many spas in my lifetime. The facial was very detailed and she was gentle with my face and very soothing. The massage I feel asleep it was so darn relaxing!!! The spa is really nice and very nice location, also there is a gym attached and I had a great time with the gym and sauna’s as well. Please experience this new treasure in Asheville. I will be coming up to Asheville in June and will really love to come back to Adelaide!
