Unfortunately there is no option for 0 stars. For starters, the employees as well as the store manager are so rude that it’s difficult to describe with words. Keep in mind I’ve been a regular at this location for years, and this place used to be great(wrote a good review in the past), but that probably had more to do with a few good employees who no longer work at this location. Unfortunately, those good employees were replaced with some downright stupid and rude idiots who act as if they get bonus points with their manager for being rude to customers! The fact that they remain employed here despite their unique brand of so-called«customer service», indicates that they are likely related to the owners. When I placed my order, the worker who rung me up(who appeared on the receipt as «Till2”/no-name to probably conceal himself) immediately started whispering something to another employee and they began giggling uncontrollably … the thing is, by not paying attention and horsing around, he messed up my order and didn’t give me an item for which I paid. When I brought this to his attention after taking my seat and showing him the receipt, he began rolling his eyes, and started complaining openly to the manager(whose name is Hamid) about why he has to give me something for which I paid!!! His voice was so loud to the point that it began to make a scene and people seated at tables turned their heads to look at the register. Despite showing the receipt to Hamid as well, this so-called«manager», inappropriately took the side of his fellow moron employee, and whispered some sort of bullsh@@ comment under his breath so that I couldn’t hear it. Anyhow, both«Till2», lol, and the so-called manager«Hamid», grudgingly gave me the item for which I paid. As for the food, the quality is not what it used to be. The rice, which was always cooked just right and was not oily, looked and tasted like an oil slick, and the kabobs were too cooked, and almost looked microwaved instead of being prepared fresh. But that wasn’t all: as I was heading out, the rude and unprofessional«manager», Hamid, made a snide comment about the item I paid for, that his employee did not want to give me. It was pretty obvious from the behavior of this so-called, idiot«manager» that he not only failed to discipline his moron employee for his poor service and failure, but he actually endorsed and supported it! The way it’s supposed to work is that employees and managers try to serve paying customers. Here, it’s the complete opposite, and it appeared as if these two morons were more interested in their own personal entertainment. A LOT of longtime regulars stopped eating here awhile ago, and because of idiots like«Till2», and the so-called«manager», it’s not hard to see why.

Terrible customer service. Tried to substitute a cheaper item(kubideh instead of tenderloin) on the menu and the guy refused. Could not believe he was so rude. My family will never go back. This guy should not deal with customers.

The falafel needs a little work. It’s kind of small, uninspired and dry. The tempeh is gross, too pickly. The rice and kabobs are pretty awesome. Overall it’s what you’d expect — decent chain food, but go to a more authentic, non-chain middle eastern establishment if you want better food. And don’t expect it to be fast. It’s definitely not.

Just called for delivery for 2& they said the order had to be over $ 50 for it to be worth it for the driver to drive to Broadlands. Jerks.

From salad to actual combos of meat and chicken, everything is delicious. Great service and fast turn around on orders, loved the chicken wings the best. I will be back again, this time with my family! They also have a drink call, Doog, tasty but a little strong for some people’s test.

I went here for lunch today and let me say that I had been to this chain before but not this location and my expectations were actually quite low to mediocre at best. Man was I wrong. I was blown away. The customer service was nice, cashier was kind and helpful, he explained the dishes for me even because I had forgotten my glasses. When the food came out, which was quite promt, it was fresh, right off the grill meat and out of the oven bread. The kebabs were done perfectly and were juicy, flavorful and plenty fulfilling. My boyfriend had the chicken. It had nice grill marks on the outside and a very juicy interior packed with flavor. I had the Kubideh and it was just right and pink inside with delicious spices and a mint yogurt dipping sauce. Rice was on point as well. We have left overs for dinner too. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Price was right as well. Definitely deserved the 5 stars.

Love this place. Food was good and fresh. I had it delivered once years ago but never ate in the restaurant. Dining in is much better. Not as good delivered. So go dine in and enjoy the middle eastern and greek flavors! Soooo good.

I love Moby Dicks in Ashburn. I usually eat there 2−3x a week for lunch. I ordered the salad with chicken today. Love that they make their own bread and their yogurt and hot sauce are awesome.

Try the Combo #2. It comes with Joojeh(chicken) and Kubideh(ground serloin) with rice — sooo good. Also, the staff are generally pleasant and attentive.

It is just OK place. the portions are good and taste is OK. I would really like if they could make their kababs a little more spicy.

Been here a few times and usually no problems. This time the service was awful. So unfriendly and slow. So slow. I always get the chicken kabob and this time it was just ehh and the Naan bread was awful. It was burned and hard as a rock. I had to throw it out. Plus you have to chose between salad and rice which is a waste of money. They are over priced here. It should be a full thing of rice and salad, not half and half. Flame Kabob in Leesburg is so much better! They give you a great amount for what you pay for, plus a side Iike the chick peas for the Naan bread which you don’t get here. The white and green sauces are so much better at Flame Kabob too! I was very displeased about this experience and don’t recommend!

My coworkers have been raving about about this place since I started a few months ago, so I finally got a chance to go try it the other day! I love kabob and it had been wayyyy too long since I’ve had it. First, it’s not that far from my office, score! Second, it’s delicious! I got the chicken kabob, I like that it’s ground chicken, and it’s spicy! It takes a little while to cook, but they give you fresh hot bread while you wait, with that yummy white cucumber sauce. They make the bread there so it’s hot and soft, seriously I could talk about the delishiousness of that bread all day long. I like that they give you the option to sub out an entire plate of rice, for a half a plate of rice and salad. If you like spicy, try their green sauce! It’s so good, I dip everything in it and even poured it on my rice, it’s my personal favorite sauce when it comes to kabobs. I’m so happy I finally tried this place, I can finally get my weekly kabob fix!

I absolutely love everything from their chicken sandwich to their rice. Even one of the best baklava I’ve had and I’m Greek so I’m picky with my baklava. Their lamb is awesome as well.

Been here a few times… It is A-OK! Definitely a little inconsistent on the spices sometime on the chicken, but the sauces and the pitas are fantastic. Recommend this chain and this location!

This is a pretty solid Moby Dick location. They are probably a bit faster(and not as busy) as the Dulles 28 location. They over-charged my CC once, but quickly fixed it. If you call in, your order will be ready by the time you get there. Moby Dick is good stuff. It’s probably some of the healthiest food in this particular shopping center.

Persian style kabobs and probably one of the better options for kabobs in the immediate area here. They do offer more than just kabobs though, with specials of baked chicken, which I tried one time and it was pretty moist, tender, and flavorful. They do make their bread, so that’s a really nice touch. They do give an awfully a lot of rice though. It does take some time though for your order to come out because they grill the kabobs to order, which is pretty standard for most kabob joints.

Moby’s has always been one of my favorite places. They have a bunch of locations around the DC area, this one in Ashburn has been around for about 7 years now. «Meat on a stick» is the order of the day, lots of kabob choices. While most people gravitate to the beef and lamb choices(which are all excellent), I think the chicken is amazing. They manage to get the marinated spices much more intense than many other places. Most dishes come with rice and/or bread, and the bred is made to order in front of you. It’s not just a meat fest though, they have a number of vegetarian plates. While that’s not my thing, when I have gone with vegitarians they have raved about them making this a great place to take a group of folks with varied diatery needs.
