Excellent service! The entire staff is friendly and enthusiastic, especially Dr. Kravitz! I was not happy with the service I received from my previous ortho doctor and Dr. Kravitz was beyond generous in taking my case after I started service at another location. This is not typical, so again Dr. Kravitz and his staff addressed my problem in a very professional and GENEROUS way. Forever grateful! I felt like a member of the family after my first visit — something I did not feel with my previous ortho doctor after being with them for a year.

Once again, Dr. K saves the day!!! My son took a header at school, landing on his chin and knocking a permanent tooth loose. His regular dentist was not available, so when I called Dr. K’s office, they said to bring him right in and he would do what he could. He was super gentle and talked my son through everything. After xrays, he determined that the tooth should be ok with some stabilization with brackets, etc. As always his entire staff was the most friendly, patient, and professional! Wish we could clone his entire operation and show other professionals how to be customer friendly and put your patients first!!! GO SEE HIM!!! Worth every penny!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful office. I remember my braces experience (way back when) and i can truly say that Dr. Kravitz and his team are making my twins experience so enjoyable. Who knew?! They are friendly and professional. They truly care about you in many ways above and beyond your teeth.
Dr. Kravitz gives back to the community graciously and makes room for more and more without end.
When my boys need something I call and they are seen right away, and it is that way for all his patients.

The entire staff is super friendly and professional. When I walked into their One Loudon location (super fancy) I was expecting the cost to be much more expensive than an estimate I got from an orthodontist in Purcellville. I was shocked to find out that it would be over $ 1,300 less! Dr Kravitz is very nice and made my daughter feel at east. We came in for a consult and since we are coming all the way from Purcellville they blocked out time to put her top braces on so we’re walking out with braces before we’ve even hammered out payment details… I still need to get my husband’s «okay» lol. The office Manager Christy is very sweet and professional as well and went over several great payment options with me.
I heard a boy who had just had his braces tightened checking out and the girl behind the front desk gave him his ice cream prescription. How cute is that? I’m so glad a friend recommended Dr. Kravitz and I certainly will too.

Dr. Kravitz is an amazing Dr. My son needed braces and Dr. Kravitz was highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He made my son feel right at ease and kept us informed through the entire procedure. Recently my son had some swelling in his gums and Dr. Kravitz was able to get him into the office right away. Once examined it was determined that he would need a special gum treatment. Dr Kravitz made special arrangements to get a laser to the office, so we would not need to make another appointment. The office staff is also very helpful and I would highly recommend Dr. Kravitz to any one in need.
