The company treats prospective employees or subcontractors well. But when you have signed the contract beware. Make sure to read EVERYTHING. They have a clause that states if you do not complete your first 2 weeks, then you do not get paid. They do not offer direct deposit and your first check can take 5 weeks to arrive. There is also a clause that states if you leave before the contracted period then you will have to PAY THEM the amount it takes to find a replacement.
If none of that bothers you, then everything else is great. The staff respond to your questions in a timely manner. But when you only send email to their generic departments, especially AP, then be prepared to wait or not get a response. I am not sure how often they are staffed or they might just pick and choose what to respond to.
