Business Owner

While in a doctoral program at University of Massachusetts, Amherst, I took my 6 month old puppy to dog school in Northampton, Ma where a retired policeman ran an obedience class. After the 8 week course he asked me to stay on and be his assistant, as in his words «you are the most natural dog trainer I have seen» I remember as a child that I was not allowed to have a dog, therefore I spent my time walking and training the neighbor’s dogs.

I stayed on and trained with at three different schools on three nights a week. I loved it and eventually opened my own dog school in Wilbraham, MA. I also help train dogs for the Springfield MA police department.

In 1981 I bought my first kennel and in 2001, I bought Camelot Pet Resort
