History

Established in 2007.

Proceeds from the sale of merchandise at Coastal Habitat ReStore’s 8,000 sq. ft. retail store directly benefit our Coastal Monmouth County area. Currently, the organization’s primary project is the repair, rebuild and restoration of the Jersey Shore post-Superstorm Sandy.

Coastal Habitat for Humanity was founded in 1994 and seeks to build community and improve lives by partnering with low income families and community volunteers to build simple, decent, affordable, safe and efficient homes. Coastal Habitat does not «give» homes away, rather it offers homes to qualified individuals at basic market value with zero interest mortgages.
