Specialties
As a recognized property management firm we offer a solution for all of your management needs. Our services include analyzing the market and assessing the value of your property to maximize your investment. All of our tenants are put through a rigorous screening process. We will provide the rental agreements as well as any additional paperwork.
One of the most expensive aspects of owning a rental property is the considerable and continual maintenance required. Our unique in-house maintenance teams allow us to respond to calls quickly at a low cost, which allows us to pass the savings on to our clients.
History
Established in 2003.
Steve Winder, the owner of The Property Guys, got his real estate license and began practicing real estate full-time in 2000. In 2002 he began working in a partnership with Richard Spencer, his father-in-law, who was an established real estate agent and investor. Their focus was on residential sales and investments. The Property Guys was officially established in 2003, the same year that Steve began managing his first apartment building. He became very interested in apartment ownership and purchased his first apartment building in 2004 and began taking on apartment management jobs in earnest starting in 2008. Now we have a maintenance staff and we are able to take on many of the maintenance jobs in-house at a lower cost to the owners than the cost of hiring a handyman. We approach the business from the perspective of owners. We do our best to keep costs down while responding as well as we can to tenant needs. While we aren’t perfect we are constantly looking for ways to improve.
