Want to extend my thanks and appreciation to Paul and the crew as I limped into port this afternoon with a nearly flat tire. I was welcomed like an old friend, despite it being my first visit to the shop and the fact that other customers were in the store buying bikes. Very friendly folks here and Paul was attentive to my needs, even complimenting me on my cyclocross «frankenbike», and getting me back on the road in no time. These guys are the only bike shop in west Arvada and I wish them continued success as the area explodes with new home builds. I’ll be back for certain.

John and his crew are the best. The service is top notch; these guys really care about bikes. Although the shop is small they take care to stock quality items and really have everything you would want or need.

I had a great experience at The Bicycle Shack! Found a great deal on a NORCO Fluid 9.1 full suspension. The staff went out of their way to get everything tweaked right and I couldn’t be happier!
I took my time and shopped around and this was where I ended up. Next time I’m just going to start here for my future needs and save some time!
Also I like that it’s a small neighborhood shop. They don’t have a billion bikes but what they do have is quality.

I really hoped to write a much more positive review.
But.
I went in seeking some help for my wife as she has no patience for the bike buying process.
What I received was useless twaddle from the tech/​salesperson about how she should just find a bike that fits. This is in a store that has 2 bikes (at most) that might be OK for her.
I gave up and left.

I met these people last summer when their shop was located near Regis University. They’ve since moved their place from my work neighborhood to my house neighborhood.
So far I’ve been welcomed with kind faces and have used their bike repair service already. And just in time for the season. Much appreciated to have such a place so close to home and to get such good service.
Bike service is moderately priced and there’s a decent selection of new bikes and parts.
Stop by when you can and you shouldn’t be disappointed with how you are treated.

2 visits in 2 days and the entire staff has been friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.
No more dealing with craigslist for used parts or the attitude of other stores, the guys at the Bicycle Shack are what a bike shop should be.
They have earned my business from here on.
