Dr. Sam C.
Manager
Dr. «Sam» Callender is board certified in Sleep Disorder Dentistry by the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He has over 30 years of experience in orthodontics and dental sleep medicine and has now limited his practice to the treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea with the use of custom oral airway dilating appliances. Dr. Sam achieved his dental and orthodontic degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
Dr. Sam is a firm believer in continuing education and is an active member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, The American Association of Orthodontists, The Colorado Dental Association and the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain.
Dr. Sam has moderate obstructive sleep apnea and can empathize with the desire to not wear a CPAP. He is continually trying new appliances on himself to see which ones are the most comfortable and effective so he can give an informed recommendation to his patients.
