Experience:

For more than 25 years, I worked in the hospitality industry. Whether I was leading sales or marketing departments or serving as the general manager for large casino resorts, I focused on delivering exceptional experiences for our guests. Working with diverse employee groups, I have learned the importance of providing a positive, fun work environment and matching the right person to the right job. I have run large, multi-​faceted businesses and I understand the challenges facing business owners/​managers as they navigate their business through internal and external challenges.
