Each massage is tailored to an individual’s needs. Thirty-​five years of experience combined with yearly continuing education allows me to utilize various techniques each session. Every massage is unique and focused on the purpose of the day. I incorporate energy work every massage. The transitions from one technique to another are smooth and enhance relaxation and healing.

I listen first with my hands and heart and with non-​judgmental ears.

History

Established in 1980.

I began this massage practice in 1980 in Arvada. At that time the city laws required that massage be part of a health care clinic. I was fortunate to be invited under the umbrella of Arvada Center of Chiropractic as an independent practitioner. We shared office space, clientele, a philosophy that the patient always came first, and a desire to help others’ quality of life. After changes to the Colorado laws and 34 years together, retirements completed our partnerships and I moved to the Healing Arts Center in east Arvada. I plan to continue serving my clients for many years to come.
