H&R Block

Monica Micheal’s is the tax adviser I used this year for my business taxes. I have used HR Block for over ten years and this was the first year I filled business. I have done personal online for the last couple of years with no issues and saved some serious money. I did find myself frustrated at one point with HR Block because they do not offer any sort of discounts for returning customers and they took away the scratch cards! Regardless, I had no clue where to start on my business taxes so I contacted Monica. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She answered some important questions I had regarding our business structure and she gave me key notes so I could save money next year by using the business software. The fee was $ 600 but she took the initiative to give me a good discount; even though I had cancelled a few appointments due to unforeseen loss in our personal lives. As for the receptionist: She is also very kind and efficient. She was a huge help with my rescheduling. On a side note: I had even done a no call no show and I was never treated with any sort of resentment. Thanks for your help! It was a pleasure walking out of there with my taxes done, and done right!
Regarding a past comment with the 1040EZ form: Yes that is a fee form and you’re able to file it online for free with many different programs. The fee of $ 140 that the last person refers to is for the tax advisers time.

Worst service ever… they said that the 1040EZ form was free the form was but in the end it cost me 140.00 $ they charge you for the emerald card and everytime you use it there is an additonal charge. They ask you to bring in one previous years returns so they can see if anyone missed anything my rep. told me it would take a couple of days and she would call me to pick them up, a week went by with no curtious phone call letting me know what was going on. I called twice the following Monday left two messages and no one called me back i had to drive down there just to get an answer and she didnt even do what she said she was going to. I WILL NEVER GO THERE OR TELL ANYONE ELSE TO. you suck at customer service but great at ripping pople off…
