Sold me a reliable car at a great price and didn’t stop helping until we were completely happy with the car.
This is a small family owned shop and everyone there was very helpful. I test drove the car, which was in great condition except for a couple cosmetic issues, and purchasing the car was easy. There was a crack in the windshield caused by the recent cold snap, and he immediately called someone to come replace the windshield.
There was one other small part that was making a lot of noise on the highway. I’m not sure the exact details (my dad has the car), but they were happy to take the car back in and fix it for no extra charge (which would normally be about $ 250). I really like how they provided such great service and handled any issues we had. I wish all car dealerships were like this.

Upon calling Griffin Automotive to discuss the Edmunds and NADA values of a particular vehicle, both showing significantly lower retail pricing (in the $ 5k range) than the retail pricing at Griffin, I was told «Mam, I think you just need to forget my phone number».
