History
Established in 2015.
The founders of Grass Techs, LLC worked together at a property management company in Arvada, Colorado. As they worked with contractors they came to realize the difficulty in getting lawn maintenance contractors not only to do the job right, but sometimes even to show up on a consistent basis. Steve and Tim started Grass Techs with the goal of consistently doing the job right!

Business Owner
Tim is one of the owners of Grass Techs. He enjoys biking, skiing, and just about everything else you can do outdoors. He is a father of two teenage girls who have the ability to simultaneously earn his love and devotion and drive him up a wall. In his spare time, Tim volunteers as a cub scout den leader. He believes in the importance of coaching and mentoring young people to prepare them for life’s challenges.
